Stressed Every Night Because Your Toddler Won't Go to Bed

If you are anything like me in my younger days i hadturns into 2 and so on.My youngest son was 5 Years
3 children under the age of 8.My husband workedold, he would not go to bed until I did, as he was
nights and I was left "holding the baby" as it were.It"really spoilt".These days we live busy lifestyles I bet
was so easy to have small children under your feetyou agreee it's anything for a quiet life, for peace
and say at nightime when you are so tired oh justand quiet.Saying "yes" or "oh go on then" just once
get in my bed but well! did I pay for it. If there waslets your guard down especially at your weakest
any advice I could give to parents now looking backpoint Tiredness!.
it's pluck up the courage,find the strength to sayIf you have a partner you both have to agree on
"bedtime" and take them back to bed.Stick to yourterms. its no use one saying yes and the other
guns.You are the parent! you are the adult whosaying no,the children will play you up against each

over!.Don't let them walk all over you!. they are notnanny one parent took a child back to bed approx 50

need","I want","Can I have. Its all just a time wastingthe end of the day you can relax in your own bed
excersise to get your attention and before yousaying ahhhhh peace at last and mean it!
know it you give in to them one night then one nightThen you can get a good nights sleep.
